One:The 3.0T magnetic resonance liver diffusion weighted whole body imaging with background body signal suppression (DWIBS) the technical best image formation parameter preliminary discussion.Objeetive:Discusses the 3.0T magnetic resonance liver diffusion weighted whole body imaging with background body signal suppression the technologyMaterials and Methods:22 healthy volunteer achievement receive trying, uses Philips Archieva the 3.0T double gradient superconductivity magnetic resonance scanner, the SENSE-XL-TORSO coil,under the other parameter permanence condition, the SE-EPI sequence by the different b value,the breath way, the background suppresses the way, NSA, the distinction line of DWIBS scanning. Take the Apparent diffusion coefficient (ADC)value, the image quality index, the signal-to-noise ratio(SNR), the background noise as targets, Data were analyzed by SPSS 13.0.Results:(1)increases along with the b value, the ADC value changes gradually small(P<0.05),image quality index by b=600 when is highest (P<0.05),but has the significance difference with b=900 (P<0.05)。The background noise is highest by b=900,but b=300, b600 not obvious difference (P>0.05).(2) the free breath and breath triggering carries on the comparison, two way's ADC value's change is small (P>0.05),but the breath triggering way's performance figure and the signal-to-noise ratio are higher than the free breath way (P<0.05)。(3)at the same time the SPIR sequence and the STIR sequence good background suppresses, the ADC value,signal-to-noise ratio (SNR) and the background noise has the change. Both's ADC value is different, in the SPIR sequence the ADC value is big(P<0.05).In the SPIR sequence the performance figure is high(P<0.05),SPIR SNR surpasses STIR (P<0.05)but the STIR background noise surpasses SPIR (P<0.05)。(4)) NSA increases, image signal-to-noise ratio and performance figure as well as liver ADC value distinct enhancement (P<0.05)。Conclusion:b the value is big gradually, the image signal-to-noise ratio and the performance figure worse gradually, the ADC value reduces gradually, when the use breath triggering way, the SPIR background suppress the way and the suitable NSA number of times (NSA=3),may obtain the high DWIBS image.Two:3.0T magnetic resonance liver diffusion weighted whole body imaging with background body signal suppression to utilize initially at the liver bureau stove perch pathological changeObjective:Discusses the 3.0T magnetic resonance liver background to suppress the magnetic resonance dissemination image formation at the liver bureau stove perch pathological change's diagnosis value。Materials and Methods:The liver bureau stove perch pathological change 43 examples, conventional T1WI, T2WI the sequence next DWIBS sequence, finally carries on the dynamic enhancement scanning.①Carries on the kind of PET processing using the MR workstation to DWIBS,separately carries on the comparison with the T2WI chart and the dynamic enhancement, compared with three sequences to pathological change's detection rate.②The image which scans using the MRI workstation software produces the ADC chart, and obtains the average ADC value.To liver cancer, the liver shift the lump, liver angioma, the liver cyst to carry on the comparison. Carries on statistics analysis separately.Results:(1)T2WI, DWIBS and the dynamic enhancement scan three sequences the detection rates respectively are 91.3%,94.2%,95.6% (P>0.05),T2WI,DWIBS and the dynamic enhancement scan three sequences not to have the significance to between the liver bureau stove perch pathological change's detection rate difference.(2)the liver benign tumor's ADC value is higher than the malignant tumor obviously, decrease in turn is the liver cyst, liver angioma, the shift cancer, the primary liver cancer, the ADC value respectively be 2.614±.57×10-3mm2/s,2.055±0.21×10-3mm2/s,1.374±0.32×10-3mm2/s, 1.287±0.14×10-3mm2/s,the difference remarkable (P<0.05)Conclusion:The union and obtains "kind of PET" using the DWIBS technology the image and the ADC value may further enhance the liver bureau stove perch pathological change's demonstration and the liver bureau stove perch pathological change's differential diagnosis accuracy.
