| Objective:The study analyzed the aerobic exercise–induced changes of lipid-related,weight-bearing index and the level of retinol-binding protein 4 (RBP4),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)in obesity, discussed the effect of aerobic exercise induced changes of RBP4 and TNF-αand the proper mechanism of aerobic exercise induced insulin resistance in obesity .Method:Divided testees into 3 groups: control group (C, n=10),natral group(N, n=10)and exercise group (E, n=10). Enforce 16 weeks exercise prescription on subjects. Harvested fasting plasma glucose (FPG), plasma lipids, fasting insulin (Fins), plasma retinol-binding protein 4 (RBP4) and plasma tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α) at beginning and the end of the intervention.Results:1. Weight-bearing index. Compared with the beginning of the experiment :at the end of intervention,E group's body weight,BMI,Waist and Hip decreased significantly (P<0.05.P<0.01), WHR didn't change significantly (P>0.05). Between groups: after experiment compared with C,E group's body weight,BMI and Hip decreased significantly ((P<0.01 or P<0.05), but they are higher than N group. E group's Waist and WHR declined slightly.2. FPG and plasma lipids. Compared with the beginning of the experiment: at the end of intervention, E group's FPG,TG decreased significantly (P<0.05), HDL-c/LDL-c increased significantly (P<0.05).But there weren't significant changes in C group's indicators. Between groups: after experiment, compared with C group, E group's HDL-c/LDL-c increased significantly (P<0.05).But FPG,TG,TC,LDL-c declined slightly. 3. RBP4,TNF-αand other plasma index. Compared with the beginning of the experiment: at the end of intervention, the level of RBP4,Fins and HOMAIR in E group decreased significantly (P<0.01),but the level of TNF-αdeclined slightly. There weren't significant changes in C group's indicators. Between groups: compared with C group ,E group's RBP4,Fins decreased significantly (P<0.01,P<0.05),but the level of TNF-αand HOMAIR declined slightly in E group.Conclution:1.With high plasma Fins concentration, subjects'level of RBP4 and TNF-αhigher than normal. And HOMAIR value is direct correlation with the concentration of RBP4 and TNF-α, elucidated that RBP4 and TNF-αcan interfere with insulin signal transduction pathway to make it blocked.2.The level of plasma RBP4 is direct correlation with body weight,BMI,WHR,TG,Fins and HOMAIR, elucidated that RBP4 is releted closely to the occurrence and development of obesity and IR.RBP4 and TNF-αact on insulin resistance at the same time.3.With 16 weeks intervention of exercise, E group's BMI,waist and hip decreased significantly, HDL-c·LDL-c-1 increased significantly.at the same time, E group's plasma RBP4,Fins and HOMAIR decreased significantly ,TNF-αvalue declined slightly.It demonstrated that aerobic exercise can anesis obesity and improve metabolism of lipid.It can also reduce RBP4 and TNF-α's anabolism and exudation, conduce to the insulin signals transduction, to relieve insulin resistance. |
