OBJECTIVEInvestigation of the supplement of CaCO3 and organic acid calcium in children and their mother in pregnant period, the drinking of carbonic acid beverage in children, and the blood levels of lead, zinc, calcium, iron, copper, magnesium in children. Analysis influence of different calcium agents and carbonic acid beverage on the blood levels of lead, zinc, iron, copper, magnesium in children. set up the model of lead poising canis familiaris, give NcaEBT,CcaDT,CaAEBT to animals and determine blood levels of lead, zinc, iron, copper, magnesium. Analysis NcaEBT whether can expel lead better and influence the levels of lead, zinc, calcium, iron, copper, magnesium by increasing the acid radical in intestinal tract. Provide evidence to select and develop suitable drugs and improvement of the preparation.METHODSInvestigation of the supplement of CaCO3 and organic acid calcium,the drinking of carbonic acid beverage,determine the blood levels of lead, zinc, calcium, iron, copper and magnesium in children by atom absorption. Establish the database by SPSS 13.0 statistics software, analysis the data by t-test, analysis the influence of CaCO3 and organic on microelement levels in children, the influence of the carbonic acid beverage on microelement in children.25 canis familiaris were divided into 5 groups randomly, negative control group, positive group, NCaEBT group, CcaDT group and CaAEBT group. Intraperitoneal injection of lead seven times on alternate days, give drugs to animals for 30 days, collection of blood, brain, liver and kidney on thirtieth day, determine microelement levels of them. Analysis the influence of NCaEBT on microelement levels in body.CONCLUSION1. CaCO3 can reduce the blood levels of children.The BLL of children who supplied CaCO3 was low than BLL of children who supplied with organic acid calcium. CaCO3 influence the blood levels on 1 year older children much than 1 year younger children, the BLL of children whose mother supply with CaCO3 was lower than the BLL of children whose mother supply with organic acid calcium. The blood levels of lead, copper and calcium in children who drink carbonic acid beverage was lower than those who didn't drink carbonic acid beverage. The blood levels of zinc and iron in children who drink carbonic acid beverage was higher than those who didn't drink carbonic acid beverage.2. The liver, kidney,blood lead levels of NCaEBT group canis familiaris was significantly lower than positive group, these tissues levels of zinc, copper, calcium and magnesium of NCaEBT group was higher than positive group, but it has no statistics difference.DISCUSSION1. The supplement of CaCO3 of, children can reduce BLL, it was better than organic acid calcium. Calcium can compete with lead in the process of absorption, the information of plumbi acetas carbonas with lead and reduce the absorption of lead in gastrointestinal is the route of carbonic acid radical reduce lead levels about CaCO3, carbonic acid radical may affect the absorption of lead,zinc copper and iron.2. Preparation of NCaEBT can take better advantage of calcium ion and carbonic acid radical, NCaEBT have little effect on balance of microelement, but it can't improve microelement, it is necessary to add zinc, iron to NCaEBT preparation.
