Parasitic disease has long threaten people's health, seriously affected the development of economy, and limited the further improvement of living standards. Therefore, controlling parasitic diseases is of significant social implication. Eliminating the parasitic ovum in the environment, cuting off the infection source, and breaking its life cycle, these are the most powerful methods for reducing the parasite infection rate.Drug treatment is the common method for cutting off infection sources of parasitic disease. However, resistance is easily developed, pollution is produced,and other creatures can get killed. Disadvantages of improving sanitary conditions are large investment and promoting slow. For the lack of existing measures, A new technique using pulse electric fields of high voltage(PEF) to kill the parasitic ovum is presented in this paper.First the feasibility of the method is studied. Then the structure of membrane dielectric model of ascaris suum eggs is analyzed. Next the mechanism of killing ascaris suum eggs by high voltage pulsed electric field is discussed. Afterwards a high voltage pulse power supply which is a piece of developed laboratory device is designed. Finally the killing effect of ascaris suum eggs killing by high-voltage pulsed electric field is tested.This paper is divided into six chapters. The first chapter described the hazards of common parasites, introduced the high-voltage pulsed electric field technology status and development trend, indicated the significance of using high voltage pulsed electric field technology to kill the parasite eggs, andpointed out the study background and the main contents. The second chapter described the structure of ascaris eggs, discussed dielectric model of the ascaris eggs, studied the mechanism of killing ascaris suum eggs using high voltage pulsed electric field. The.third chapter introduced the principles of high-voltage pulse generator, designed high voltage pulse power base on the power electronic switch. The fourth chapter introduced the structure of high-voltage pulsed electric field device for killing, designed four kinds of processing electrode forms, analyzed the electric field distribution and the random process while voltage breakdown,discussed the operate safety precautions. The fifth chapter introduced the design of experiments of killing ascaris suum eggs, described the killing of ascaris suum eggs experiment process, analyzed the experimental data and results. The last summarized the final conclusions of innovation and ShortageThe method of using high-voltage pulsed electric field to kill parasite eggs can avoid the shortages of the current methods, can also degrade sewage and sterilize and other effects, generate positive social significance and potential applications, provided a new green, low-carbon way to reduce the infection rate of parasitic diseases.
