To help in the training, selection, appraisal and provide excellent care to provide a scientific and effective evaluation tools.4. To help the community, government, schools, hospitals, foster and develop in the future when the professional image of nurses are trained, to avoid the use of its favorable its disadvantages.ObjectsIn this study, two kinds of objects, one for the nursing profession, senior care experts, including in education, nursing management, clinical nursing three areas of professional image of nurses is deeply familiar with the 32 experts in the study and with 30 actively involved in, senior title in 9 (30%), the deputy senior professional titles and 21 (60%), intermediate grade,3 patients (10%); the total number of years of work,2 people 10-15 years (6.7%),16-20 years,3 patients (10%) bracket of 21 to-25 years,11 people (36.67%), more than 25 years were 14 (46.7%).
