Study On Eliminating Blood Stasis And Harmonizing Live And Spleen Combining Adefovir Dipivoxil Clinical Treatment Effection To Chronic Hepatitis B

Objective:Observation by eliminating blood stasis and harmonizing live and spleen combining adefovir dipivoxil clinical treatment effection to chronic hepatitis B.Method:Collecting 60 HBeAg (+) cases of chronic hepatitis B which had antiviral indications and conform to types of TCM diagnosis of accumulation of dampness and heat,disharmony between liver and spleen. discording cases, randomly into two groups, and the combined group(30) used adefovir dipivoxil plus basic decoction. the controlled group(30) used adefovir dipivoxil, the course of treatment was 24 weeks, observation integral of two sets of clinical symptoms data,of liver function and viral load etc in 0w,12w,24w. two groups of measurement data before and after treatment with X±s statistics, two groups with using t-test for independent samples and multiple sets of repeated measurements for variance analysis. Two groups of count data was compiled by frequency (proportion) statistics and was analysised by use theχ2 test or Z test.Results:(1) comparsion of the comprehensive therapeutic effect:treatment after 24weeks, the treatment group of 30 cases, complete response 3 cases (10%), partial response 17cases (56.7%), nonresponse 10 cases (33.3%), total efficiency rate 66.7%; the control group of 28 cases, complete response 2 cases (7.1%), partial response 7 cases (25%),nonresponse 19 cases (67.9%),total efficiency rate 32.1%,the treatment group is better than the control group in total efficiency rate (P< 0.05). (2) comparsion of the therapeutic effect of TCM syndrome:the treatment group of 30 cases, clinical cure 9 cases, pindolol on action 9 cases, effective 7 cases, invalid 5 cases, the total effective rate 83.3%, the control group of 28 cases, clinical cure in 5 cases, pindolol on action 2 cases, effective 12 cases, invalid 9 cases, total effective 67.9%,the treatment group to ease the patient's symptoms and to decrease integral of clinical symptoms are obviously better than the control group(P< 0.05); (3) comparsion of liver function: afterl2week,24week,the two groups in the lower ALT, AST, TBil, y-GT, ALP both have varying degrees of improvement(P＜0.05);curing group was superior to the control group in reducing the ALT, ALP (P< 0.05).Conclusion:The method of eliminating blood stasis and harmonizing live and spleen combining adefovir dipivoxil can distinctly relieve symptoms,improve effects of type clinical symptoms meanwhile, protect liver function and steady liver cells and microcirculation, to some extent, the method can inhibit HBV-DNA and play a role in cooperating with antiviral and improving total response rate.
