The Clinical Research Of Treatment Of High Complex Anal Fistula By Using Loose Seton Drainage With Silk Thread And Selective Suture

Objective:The diagnosis and treatment of high complex anal fistula is world problem. For the therapy of the high complex anal fistula, there is difficult to choose an operation that has better curative effect, lower pain because of its various methods. So we hope to design a combination of Chinese and Western surgical treatment of high complex anal fistula in order to enhance its therapeutic effect, better protection of the integrity of the anorectal ring to protect the anal sphincter function, relieve pain and shorten healing time.Method:30 cases of patients with high complex anal fistula were analyzed and divided into two groups in random,15 cases of treatment group and 15 cases of control group. In therapeutic group, the method of operation by using loose seton drainage with silk thread and side fistula selective suture was used. The control group was treated with the incision and slow cutting seton method. According to the project, we obverse the degree of pain, the amount of secretions, granulation tissue color, anal function and morphous in the two groups in the 3rd day,the 8th day,the 15th day after operation._Follow-up two months to six months. T-test will be choosed in the measurementdata and the Chi-square test and rank test be choosed in the enumeration data. Compare the curative effect, rate of recurrence, healing time, anal function and the degree of pain, the amount of secretions after operation between the groups.Result:Through the statistical analysis, there were significant difference in healing time, anal function and morphous, the degree of pain at the 8th days after operation (P<0.05). There were not significant difference in curative effect, rate of recurrence, the postoperative pain at the 3rd days and the 15th days, the amount of secretions and granulation tissue color after operation (P>0.05).Conclusion:Compare with the control group, the operation of the treatment group has great advantagers of shorting treatment course, less pain and surgical injury, protecting the anal functions and morphous.
