Clinical Research On The Curative Effect Of Jianpi Hewei Treatment For Atrophic Gastritis And The Expression Of P53,GST-Ï€

Objective By investigating the clinical effect and the indication of P53,GST-Ï€on gastric mucosa treated by jianpi hewei treatment,in order to explore the mechanism of this treatment.Methods 30 atrophic gastritis patients of clinical diagnosis by endoscope were collected as a study group,basing on jianpi hewei treatment,cured by Liujunzi decoction, modified with symptoms.6 months were taken as acourse of treatment.After a course of medication in general,took gastroscopy again. Observe the improvement in clinical symptoms,the mucosarepresentation in gastroscope,pathology and the expression of P53 protein and GST-Ï€protein in immunohistochemical examination.Results Clinical observation indicates that jianpi hewei treatment for atrophic gastritis has significantly effect on clinical symptoms,the mucosa representation in gastroscope and pathology. Immunohistochemical results show that the expression of P53 protein and GST-Ï€protein has significantly difference after treatment (P<0.01).There is the positive correlation P53 protein and GST-Ï€protein expression and the extent of the disease (P<0.05). After treating, the expression rate of P53 is declined. The expression rate of P53 protein is 50% before treating,and the expression rate of P53 protein is negative after treating. The expression of GST-Ï€protein in atrophic gastritis with dysplasia mucosa was significantly higher than that of atrophic gastritis with intestinal metaplasia of the mucosa. After the Chinese medicine intervention,the expression of GST-Ï€protein is declined.Conclusion According to the analysis, jianpi hewei treatment can not only ameliorate clinical symptom,but also reverse pathologic status of atrophic gastritis and precancerous lesions effectively,at the same time reveal the intervention of Chinese medicine helps to improve the status of cell prolifera-tion,prevents the further development of this disease.According to jianpi hewei and differential treatment as the guiding ideology and characteristic.This kind of therapy plays an integral regulation role.So it is an effective way for the treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis.
