Objectives:Because of the transforaminal approach may be impeded at L5/S1 levels by the Pelvis.,the full-endoscopic interlaminar technique is a chance. The objective of clinical study is to discuss the curative effect of Full-Endoscopic Interlaminar technique with activate blood prescription for Lumbar Disc Herniations.Methods.:A total of 35 patients had been carried out Full-endoscopic interlaminar approach for the treatment of lumbar disc hernation. There were 37 levels.33 patients belong to single level lumbar disc hernation,21 cases in L5/S1,16 cases in L4/5.The other cases were two levels,L4/5 and L5/S1.In addition to general and specific parameters, the following measuring instruments were used:modified MacNab criteria and JOA curative effect criteria. Results:There was no serious complication such as post operative bleeding, positioning error and nerve injury. There was no worsening.Of the patients,31 reported no longer having leg pain and 4 had occasional pain who were gived activate blood prescription.According to the modified MacNab criteria, at Postoperative 1 months 97.1% of patients showed excellent or good outcomes while last follow-up 100% of patients showed excellent or good outcomes. According to the JOA curative effect criteria, at Postoperative 1 months 37.1% of patients showed recovery outcomes while last follow-up 77.1% of patients showed recovery outcomes. The effective percentage was 100%.The values of last follow-up compared with Postoperative 1 months had no difference(P>0.05).The long-term clinical outcome is still under discussion. Conclusions:The technique presented is an adequate and safe alternative to conventional procedures, and has the advantages of a truly minimally invasive procedure. It has the advantages of clear vision, smaller incision, less bleeding, less tissue trauma and quicker recovery. The long-term clinical outcome is still under discussion.
