Objective:Psoriasis is a common autoimmune, chronic inflammatory skin diseases.Currently the etiology and pathogenesis of psoriasis has not yet come to conclusion, research showed that psychological factors in psoriasis induced, aggravated, mitigation, plays an important role in healing, and has its material base,is a typical psychosomatic disease. Anxiety, stress, depression and other negative emotions made patients with psoriasis so long in a series physical and psychological stress responses.this experiment planed a study by biofeedback relaxation training treatment on clinical efficacy, quality of life, psychological factors in patients with psoriasis,to find the theoretical basis for the development of psoriasis and the relationship between psychosocial factors, and to provide a scientific basis for clinical psychological treatment of psoriasis.Method:(1)60 subjects were enrolled and randomly divided into the conventional treatment group(total of 30 people, five lost, finally 25)and biofeedback relaxation training treatment group(total of 30 people, three lost, finally 27).Conventional treatment group was given Compound Ampeptide elemente Tables, Bing cream treatment. Besides drug therapy (the same as with the conventional treatment group),biofeedback relaxation training group was added biofeedback relaxation training once a week, a total of eight weeks.(2) determine the baseline of muscle, skin electrical parameters within 10 minutes on average from patients.(3)PASI scoring method was used to evaluated Clinical effect of patients with psoriasis.(4) dermatology life quality index (DLQI) was used to evaluated quality of life of patients with psoriasis.(5)self-rating anxiety scale (SAS) score and depression self-rating scale (SDS) were used to evaluated emotional state of patients with psoriasis.(6) Data were analyzed by SPSS11.5 software package. Results:clinical effect:The PASI scores of biofeedback relaxation training treatment group and Conventional treatment group groups were: 13.57±3.85,13.12±4.23,there was no significant difference between two groups (p> 0.05);After treatment, the scores were down, respectively: 3.99±2.04,6.20±3.34, relaxation treatment group was significantly lower than the conventional therapy group (p<0.05).After treatment, the total effective rates were:70% and 32%, relaxation treatment group was significantly higher than the conventional treatment group (p<0.05). Quality of life:DLQI scores of patients in relaxation treatment group and conventional treatment group before treatment were:13.22±3.13,13.60±2.71,there was no significant difference between two groups (p> 0.05); after treatment DLQI scores declined to:10.33±2.71,13.52±2.91, relaxation treatment group was significantly lower than the conventional therapy group (p<0.05).Evaluation of Anxiety:SAS scores of patients in relaxation treatment group and conventional treatment group before treatment were:40.96±4.73,42.20±4.33,there was no significant difference between the two groups (p> 0.05);after treatment scores were: 36.81±5.39,42.24±4.76,relaxation treatment group was significantly lower than the conventional therapy group (p<0.05).Evaluation of depression:SDS scores of patients in relaxation treatment group and conventional treatment group before treatment were:47.44±1.02,49.24±1.15,there was no significant difference between the two groups (p> 0.05);after treatment scores were:42.48±5.37,49.04±5.36,relaxation treatment group was significantly lower than the conventional treatment group (p<0.05).EMG,GSR parameters level:(1)EMG:Before treatment, EMG parameters level of relaxation treatment group and conventional treatment group were:6.47±0.76,6.58±0.93,there was no significant difference between the two groups (p> 0.05);after treatment EMG parameters level were declined to:5.65±0.73,6.33±0.68,relaxation treatment group compared with the conventional treatment group after treatment was significantly decreased.(2)GSR:Before treatment, GSR parameters level of relaxation treatment group and conventional treatment group were:2.53±0.58,2.87±0.68,there was no significant difference between the two groups (p> 0.05);after treatment GSR parameters level were declined to:2.15±0.50,2.72±0.71,relaxation treatment group compared with the conventional treatment group after treatment was significantly decreased. Conclusion:The effect of biofeedback relaxation training on clinical efficacy, quality of life and emotional state in patients with psoriasis vulgaris was studied by stochastic case comparison experiment method.1.biofeedback relaxation training can improve the clinical efficacy effectively of patients with psoriasis;2.biofeedback relaxation training can improve the quality of life of patients with psoriasis;3.biofeedback relaxation training can improve emotional state of patients with psoriasis;4.biofeedback relaxation training can play its effect through decrease the muscle, skin electrical parameters of the patients to tends to baseline level and effectively improve the body tension and autonomic regulatory function of patients.
