The Clinical Research On Breast Cancer In Treating Chemotherapy With Yi Qi Jian Pi Fang

OBJECTIVE:Using the self compound of Yi Qi Jian Pi Fang and jointing TE chemotherapy, through randomized controlled clinical research, to observe the breast cancer tumor markers in the period of postoperative chemotherapy in patients, TCM common clinical symptom improvement, the general condition score, chemotherapy side effects such as changes in rates. objectively evaluate the efficiency and safety of Yi Qi Jian Pi Fang assessment of the joint treatment for breast cancer patients after chemotherapy attenuation.Postoperative chemotherapy of breast cancer patients, using the spleen and stomach as the center of the dialectical thinking in《Golden Chamber》to discuss the mechanism of dialectical therapy. To provide clinical support about Chinese medicine treatment for breast cancer.METHODS:To use the spleen and stomach-centric theory as the basis in《Golden Chamber》, combined years of clinical experience of Professor Wang Ping, used Self-prepared Yi Qi Jian Pi Fang on breast cancer patients after chemotherapy, to collect 30 cases of breast cancer patients after chemotherapy in clinic, randomly divided into treatment group and control group,each group 15 cases. Treatment group using Self-prepared Yi Qi Jian Pi Fang joint TE, the control group using the TE chemotherapy alone, to observe two chemotherapy cycles and to compare serum tumor marker CA15-3, TCM clinical symptoms, the general condition score, the changes of chemotherapy effects.RESULTS:the serum tumor marker CA15-3, TCM clinical symptoms, the general condition score, the changes of chemotherapy effects in the treatment group is better than the control group (P<0.05). In the chemotherapy drug side effects, leukopenia, anemia, thrombocytopenia, nausea and vomiting, the treatment group is better than the control group (P<0.05), there was a significant difference, the remaining items has no significant difference.CONCLUSION:To use the Self-prepared Yi Qi Jian Pi Fang joint TE, significantly reducing the levels of serum tumor markers, Improving chemotherapy in patients with systemic symptoms and the occurrence of toxicity in patients with breast cancer, play a synergistic role in attenuation in Postoperative chemotherapy for breast cancer patients,also is a effective and safe method in treatment the breast cancer.
