Objective:Application of enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) with severe obstructive sleep apnea-hypopnea syndrome (OSAHS) between preoperative and postoperative in (MIF) and soluble CD40 ligand (sCD40L) concentration levels were detected。To explore the relevance with MIF and SCD40L in patients'disease, the relevance of MIF and SCD40L in the patients'bodies, to further understand the oxidative stress in patients with inflammatory response and related inflammatory factors in the relationship between the OSAHS patients. And provided a new basis for the diagnosis and treatment of OSAHS.Method:Take 29 male patients which were diagnosed with severe OSAHS by PSG as the experimental group, and selected 29 cases of healthy men as comparative group. Use the enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) for serum macrophage migration inhibitory factor (MIF) and sCD40L levels of testing, OSAHS group improved H- velopharyngeal angioplasty surgery (HUPPP technique) to discharge its respiratory tract obstruction after six months, of OSAHS in patients with macrophage migration inhibitory factor (MIF), and sCD40L levels were tested and reexamined, the results were statistically analyzed with preoperative and postoperative patients with macrophage migration inhibitory factor (MIF), and sCD40L levels of change, observed changes in different index of PSG.Results:1. Changes in different index between the preoperative and postoperative PSG Key monitoring indicators of PSG of OSAHS patients before and after surgery, all measured values are using X±s to indicate that the group of data applications for statistical analysis with paired test, and found that oxygen saturation increased after operation (preoperation 56.78±15.30, postoperation 86.47±5.98) (P﹤0.000), apnea-hypopnea index (AHI) decreased (preoperation 57.34±12.22, after 25.59±8.97) (P <0.000), there are significant differences.between the two group2. Changes of serum levels of MIF between the preoperation and postoperation serum levels of MIF comparison in each group (the preoperative the postoperative﹑ comparative group), the results presented with±s the preoperative the postoperative were used paired t-test, the comparative group used grouping t test. The serum MIF numeric values of OSAHS patients after six months have decreased significantly (preoperation 4.03±0.78 ng / ml, after 2.89±0.75 ng / ml) (P<0.000), preoperative group and the control group (preoperation 4.03±0.78 ng / ml, control group 2.33±0.56 ng / ml) (P <0.000), postoperative group and the comparative group (patients 2.89±0.75 ng / ml, control group2.33±0.56 ng / ml) (P = 0.014). Compared with control group, differences of MIF in serum level in the preoperative and postoperative group were significant, in addtion, the preoperative group was significantly reduced.3. Changes of serum level of sCD40L between the preoperation and postoperation Comparison of sCD40L level in each group (the preoperative the postoperative﹑ comparative group),the results presented with X±s, the preoperative and the postoperative group used paired t-test, the preoperative the postoperative and the comparative group used grouping t test. The serum sCD40L numeric values of OSAHS patients have decreased significantly after six months (preoperative 6.68±1.63ng / ml, after 4.50±1.10 ng / ml) (P <0.000), preoperative group and the comparative group (preoperative 6.68±1.63 ng / ml, control group 3.11±0.69 ng / ml) (P <0.000), postoperative group and the comparative group (patients 4.50±1.10 ng / ml, comparative group 3.11±0.69 ng / ml) (P = 0.014). Compared with comparative group sCD40L serum level in the preoperative and postoperative, the differences were significant, the index in preoperative group was significantly reduced.Conclusions:1. MIF, and sCD40L in the serum of patients with severe OSAHS concentration were elevated.2. MIF and sCD40L were descented significantly after six months.3. MIF and sCD40L in serum of OSAHS patients had positive correlation.4. MIF, and sCD40L can be used as an important indicator in patients with OSAHS surgical treatment.
