The Effection Of Bushen-Huoxue Fang In Influencing Urine Podocyte Exeretion On Diabetic Nephropathy

Objective:This study of patients with DN urine PCX, WT1 changes of Bushen-Huoxue-Fang on the treatment of patients with DN, in order to provide a theoretical basis for clinical application.Methods:Selectâ…£orâ…¤68 cases of patients with diabetic nephropathy were randomly divided into control group 35 cases and 33 cases of treatment group,based on the basis of treatment,treatment group Bushen-Huoxue-Fang side, control group the experience of the treatment side.Treatment for one month before and after treatment were observed in patients with symptoms,signs,changes in UTP, BUN, TG, Ch, CREA, urine PCX, urine WT1, were statistically analyzed to determine efficacy.Results: Compared the effect of the syndrome of traditional Chinese medicine in two groups(P<0.05). Compared Ch of treatment group before and after treatment , there were statistics differences (P<0.05),and after treatment there were no statistics differences between the two groups (P>0.05). Compared TG of treatment group before and after treatment, there were no statistics differences between the two groups (P>0.05), and after treatment there were no statistics differences between the two groups (P>0.05). Compared UTP of treatment group before and after treatment , there were statistics differences (P<0.05),and after treatment there were no statistics differences between the two groups (P>0.05). Compared BUN of treatment group before and after treatment, there were no statistics differences between the two groups (P>0.05), and after treatment there were no statistics differences between the two groups (P>0.05). Compared CREA of treatment group before and after treatment, there were no statistics differences between the two groups (P>0.05), and after treatment there were no statistics differences between the two groups (P>0.05). Compared PCX and WT1 of treatment group before and after treatment , there were statistics differences (P<0.05),and after treatment there were no statistics differences between the two groups (P>0.05).Conclusions: Bushen-Huoxue-Fang can improve the clinical symptoms and signs on diabetic nephropathy patients, can decrease urine albumin ,urine PCX and urine WT1 to some extent.And didn't occur any serious adverse reactions.So Bushen-Huoxue-Fang worth investigating and popularizing in clinical practice.
