Comparative Study Different Imaging On The Diagnostic Value Of Chronic Constrictive Pericarditis

Objective:To evaluate the diagnostic value of UCG,CT,X-ray respectively and were combined among of them on the diagnosis value of CCP.Methods:42 CCP patients were confirmed by surgery and pathological in our hospital from January 2000 to December 2009.26 cases are male,aged 12-75 years old,The average age is 41.3 years old;16 females,Aged 13 -73 years old,The average age is 45.1 years old.All of the patients did X-ray,CT,UCG inspection and compared the data with the operative findings,Compared the positive rates of UCG, X-ray, CT, UCG combined with X-ray,UCG combined with CT,X-ray combined with CT,UCG combined with X-ray and CT.Results:1, atrial enlargement was detected in UCG more sensitive than X-ray,X-ray and CT showed calcification more sensitive than UCG,among of them have some complementary on the diagnosis of CCP patients.2, UCG,X-ray,CT,UCG combined with X-ray,UCG combined with CT,X-ray combined with CT,UCG combined with X-ray and CT on the positive diagnosis rates of CCP respectively was 81.0%,59.5%,83.3%,88.1%,90.5%,85.7%,92.9%.3, UCG combined with X-ray and CT compared with UCG,CT,UCG combined with X-ray,UCG combined with CT,X-ray combined with CT on the positive rates of CCP were no statistical significance(P>0.05),UCG combined with X-ray and CT compared with X-ray has obvious difference(P<0.01).Conclusion: 1, X-ray should to be combined with CT or UCG imaging technology,or it can't achieve the similar results on the positive rates of UCG combined with X-ray and CT to CCP patients. 2, UCG or CT can achieve to the similar results on the positive rate of UCG combined with X-ray and CT.
