ObjectiveTo explore the relationship between the psychosocial factors and gynecological malignant tumors occurrence by completing psychological questionnaires and testing the levels of serum related indicators and to analyze its nerve-endocrine-immune factors change , trying to find new treatment methods providing clinical basis。MethodsControl study using the method,100 patients with gynecological malignant tumor and 80 patients with gynecological benign tumor and 80 healthy persons were asked to complete the Life Events Scale (LES),Trait Coping Styles Questionnaire (TCSQ),and Social Support Rating Scale (SSRS), and examined the levels of serum CS,NE,IL-2,VEGF by mean of ELISA。To analysis the correlation between psychosocial factors and the incidence in patients with gynecological malignant tumor。Results1. The frequency of total life events and negative life events among the patients with malignant tumor were significantly higher than those of controls, there is a very significant difference(P﹤0.01)。The frequency of positive life events among those have no differences; The frequency of negative life events among the patients with benign tumor were higher than the healthy control group(P﹤0.05)。The score of positive coping style and social support among the patients with malignant tumor were much lower than those of controls, especially the healthy group(P﹤0.05); and the score of negative coping style were higher than the other two groups(P﹤0.05), there are differences between the benign tumor group and the healthy group(P﹤0.05)。2. The levels of serum CS,NE,VEGF of the patients with the patients with gynecological malignant tumor were clearly higher than those of controls, there is a very significant difference(P﹤0.01); But the levels of serum IL-2 were much lower than those of controls, there is a very significant difference(P﹤0.01); between the benign tumor group and the healthy group, there has no statistical significance in the levels of serum CS,NE,IL-2。3. Malignant tumors in patients with negative events, and negatively with response to NE, CS, VEGF levels were positively correlated; and positive response, objective support, subjective support are related to NE, CS, VEGF was negatively correlated , statistical differences were significant (P <0.05 ); malignant tumor in patients with negative events, negative response and IL-2 levels were negatively correlated, but a positive response with objective support, subjective support, the difference was clear (P <0.05)。ConclusionsNegative life events, low social support, and poor coping styles can affect the function of neuro-endocrine and cytokine and further induce the occurrence of gynecological malignant tumor。...
