Apoplexy and cardiocerebrovascular diseases are most serious diseases in the world. Their morbidity and mortality are over tumor. Cardiocerebrovascular diseases is the first cause of death in our country. The important reason of Apoplexy and cardiocerebrovascular accidents is long hyperlipidemia and high viscosity. They will come into being lipid deposition on blood vessel walls, especially the carotid. Then the hardening of the arteries and thrombus will be formed. In order to prevent apoplexy and cardiocerebrovascular diseases, the bloodstream of carotid must be grasped timely. According this demand, we designed a diagnostic system of the bloodstream base on ultrasound Doppler technology and digital signal processing methods and so on. This system is named ultrasound Doppler bloodstream Spectrum analysis system. After we analyzed ultrasonic Doppler signals, the ultrasonic Doppler spectrum figure was founded, sequentially completing quantitative analysis by the status of bloodstream and vascular clogging. The system is a sub-module of the good-sized "B type ultrasonic" tester. Compared to traditional methods, this system is provided with real time, low cost of inspection, portability, reliability, digital, anti-jamming capability. It also achieve nondestructive, rapid detection the situation of blood vessel.Firstly, the thesis introduced the principle and method of ultrasonic Doppler technology. In order to deal with ultrasonic Doppler signal the idea of software radio was used in this system. The system algorithm was simulated on Matlab and CCS simulated platform. The thesis elaborated the development process of the OMAP3530 dual nuclear platform, the application development of ARM OS and the algorithm transplantation, packaging in DSP. At last, the dual nuclear communication was introduced.Through reference software radio architecture, we have completed the preliminary design of overall system. The hardcore of the entire system is DevKit8000. There are two cores inside it. One is Arm A8 and other is DSP. The wince6.0 operating system was embeded in the ARM. It is mainly responsible for the design of man-machine interface and the control FPGA as well as the DSP core; and also acquiring of high-speed data by A / D + FPGA + DSP manner. The frequency spectrum analysis algorithm which picks up the Doppler frequency offset was achieved in the DSP core. Eventually, the Doppler frequency analysis of the bloodstream will be real-time displayed on LCD, in order to complete the quantitative analysis of thrombus or block in the blood vessel.This research of the thesis has provided an efficient technical path to achieve neck bloodstream situation accurately, rapidly, portably. The system can be used to the early diagnosis of the cardiovascular disease in clinical aspect such as apoplexy and so on. It has strong practical value and market value.Addition, the research contents of this thesis also provided powerful theoretical basis and effectually realization method in the case of detection human body various small organs such as the thyroid, the eyeball and so on. It has better reference and application value.
