| Objective: To evaluate the correlation between enhancement features of multi-slice spiral CT (MSCT) and the microvessel density (MVD) in the transplanted model of Vx2 liver carcinoma in rabbit. Methods: 42 rabbits established model, 32 rabbits with transplanted model of Vx2 liver carcinoma underwent .CT scan, 14, 21 and 28 days after implantation.The plain,arterial phase and portal phase images were obtained.to evaluate the growth of tumor and tumor center and border multiple phase enhanced spiral CT features and enhanced range was analysised after 14, 21 and 28 days, immunohistochemical analysis was carried out to examine in the quantity MVD by using antibodies CD34 in tumor center and border.Result: 1.The tumor center was going to necrosis as time, tumor border was circle enhanced.2. After enhanced tumor border three spots times Hu had statistically significant difference (P<0.05); tumor center was statistically significant after enhanced (P<0.05);3.tumor center and border MVD was significant difference in 14d, 21d,28d (P<0.05);4. Positive relations were shown between tumor border Hu and MVD in 21d 28d of arterial phase r=0.059,r=0.076(P<0.05);5. tumor border MVD and tumor size is positive correclation in 14d,21d,28d r=0.059,r=0.078 r=0.069 (P<0.05)。Conclusion: MSCT enhanced scaning as an imaging examine to rabbit VX2 liver neoplasms growth is dependable.The imaging features of dynamic enhancement can reflect and evaluate tumor vessel giogenesis. |
