| Objective:To investigate the effect of the atracurium on rats cardiac autonomic nerve function.Methods:24 rats were randomly divided into three groups:NaCl group(N group), atracurium group (A group)and cisatracurium group(C group). ECG of rats were monitored before and after administration of 5-minute. Changes of heart rate variability(HRV) parameters VLF,LF,HF,TP,LF/HF,LFnorm,HFnorm and HR were observed in application of short-range frequency analysis before and after treated. Results:There were not significant differences in three groups before treated. After administration atracurium group of VLF, LF, HF, TP, LF / HF, LFnorm and HR increase compared with the control group and cis-atracurium group (P <0.05), but HFnorm was decreased (P <0.05). Cis-atracurium group LFnorm was decreased with the control group (P <0.05),and the remaining indicators no difference compared with NaCl group.Conclusions:High-dose atracurium on rat heart rate variability has an impact and destroys the balance between cardiac sympathetic and parasympathetic nerve. |
