The Analysis Of The Insured Inpatient With Hospitalization Expendituresand The Influence Factors

Objective: Each kinds of social medical treatment insurance of Xinjiang region have orchestrate fund center and management organization respectively.There were some influences about different expenses result were produced about equity and superior of social medical treatment insurance policy that because of the type of medical treatment insurance and the distinct of the insurance policy .This topic through investigates in hospital expense situation of insurance inpatient which in the three level of first-class general hospital of XinJiang from 2006 to 2009.To analysis the influencing factor and their individual payment in which the insured inpatients medical expense of the two classes in three level of first-class general hospital of XinJiang and individual expenses,and selected all the influence factor of each hospital expense per time.To explore the trend of development about health insurance expense of the insured inpatients medical expense of the two classes in the three level of first-class general hospital of XinJiang ,to seek for the reasonable measure to control medical expense, to purpose that lighten patient medical treatment burden, increased economic efficiency of hospital, and provides a basisor for the goverment leader.In the meantime, to provide the science,reasonable,the feasible suggestion and the reference to the government of medical service support departments and the Medical establishment which formulate the health insurance policy.Methods: Research object: collected 54141 cases patients of medical insurance of the area and medical insurance of the city who was being out of hospital during the January 1, 2006 to December 31, 2009 in the three level of first-class general hospital of XinJiang, there are 22087 cases Medical insurance of the area and there are 32064 cases Medical insurance of the city.Collecting the research object's general circumstance, various medical expense, each pay contentses of hospitalization expenditures...etc as to study data.Using the statistical description method, the t-test andχ2-the test and F-test to analysis the hospitalization expenditures of two class;using the t-test of two independent samples or F-test of random design several samples to study influence factor of hospitalization expenditures about medical insurance of the area and medical insurance of the city; using multiple step regression method to design the impact factor model of the two-class patient's hospitalized total expenses from 2006 to 2009;Using the gray predicts method to estimate the hospitalized expenses per time of two-class medical insurance patients in three level of first-class general hospital of XinJiang on future four years.Result:(1)Hospitalization expenses analysis:compared with the hospitalization expenditures of medical insurance of the area and medical insurance of the city showed that the medical insurance of the area patient's bed expense is higher than medical insurance of the city patient's ,and the area's check expense is lower than the city's, and the difference have a statistics meaning, the drug's expense becomes the largest parts of the hospitalization expenditures per time. Compared with the fund payment showed that the fund payment of in-patients of two-class medical insurance increased year by year ,and there are obviously dieffence, and the difference have a statistics meaning.(2) The former of 3 kinds of disease is the circulatory system disease, malignant tumor and Bi wet system disease in hospitalization person-time constitutes; The disease that cost the highest hospitalized total expenses is circulatory system disease, malignant tumor and nervous system and sensory apparatus disease;it shows the drugs expenses of disease that the higher hospitalized expenses(39.07%) than the lower hospitalized expenses(21.21%) by hospitalized expenses consists of different disease.(3) There are some factors:sex, work condition, operation,hospitalized time, hospitalize a circumstance have influence on the person-time hospitalized total expenses shows by single factor analytical.(4) It shows the hospitalized expenses per time still rise on the three level of first-class general hospital of XinJiang in the future. The average year growth ratio is 8%. Conclusions: In some extent, the medical treatment resources was lowered and health resources was reduced through make use of medical resources effectively and make use of hospital bed rapidly;There are some factors:sex, work condition, operation,hospitalized time, hospitalize a circumstance have influence on the person-time hospitalized total expenses; There are undifferent obviously on the person-time hospitalized total expenses of patient's tow-class medical insurance; The workers of town basic medical treatment insurance system to further control the medical expense and reduces the insured staff of expense pressure of hospitalized to play the influential role; Extending the influence of the hospital through send to health for community and make health knowledge widel; And from the macroscopic angle,put forward proposal and countermeasure for the government the health insurance department and the Medical establishment about we should how control health insurance patient medical expense.
