Pesticides in agricultural production plays an important role, but the pesticide residues in environment, water, food and the crops, endanger human health and cause serious food safety problems, therefore, the development of pesticide residue analysis is an important measure of food safety, people from all the world pay attention on it.Analyzing pesticide residues was reviewed in this thesis, the advantages and disadvantages of testing methods were analyzed, The development trend of fast detection method is given. The hot spot is sensing methods. This topic use porphyrin material which with excellent properties of light sensitivity, can easily determined the interaction between porphyrins and pesiticides either in the spectrum methods of UV-vis,fluorescence,IR,phosphorescence and so on.A kind of new pesticide residue speed measuring method was proposed,it was porphyrin sensing array method. The research contents were summarized as follows:First of all,six kinds of porphyrins and derivates were prepared. UV-Vis, Infrared absorption spectroscopy, and HNMR were used to analyze their structure and property. The synthetical compounds were confirmed for our target compounds.Secondly , the UV-vis efforts between porphyrins and three kinds of organophosphorus pesticide were analyed , and the detection limit, sensitivity, concentration of linear relationship were confirmed. The relationship between the structure of porphyrin and their mechanism of action was elucidated simply according to the spectrum change of porphyrins with three kinds of organophosphorus pesticides.According to the optical properties of porphyrin, the porphyrin sensing array was composed. Cross-selecting of multitude sensitive materials can improve the ability to identify several kinds of pesticides. Handiwork spotting was applied to prepared 6×6 porphyrin arrays to detect organophosphorus pesticides. Owing to the colour change of porphyrin arrays, we gained the response characteristic spectrum of every analyte. Principle Component , Hierarchical Cluster Analysis and Discriminant analysis for featured responding RGB data of porphyrin sensing array was conducted. The results showed that the detection had good repeatability and the three pesticides can be distinguished completely . Discriminant analysis had better result than the others.
