Influence Of Tea Polyphenols On The Migration Of Adenoid Cystic Carcinoma Cell Strain Of Salivary Gland

[Objectives] To observe the migration and expression of NT-3 and TrkB of different concentrations of tea polyphenols (TP) on the human adenoid cystic carcinoma of the lung highly metastatic cells in vitro.[Methods] 1. The influence of different concentrat-ions of TP on the migration of ACC-M was measured by Transwell.2. The expression of NT-3,TrkB protein by streptavidin Immunocytochemical method. [Results] 1. The more use of TP on ACC-M cells, the higher restrain rate on the migration of ACC-M was observed(P<0.05).2. The declined after stimulated by TP by immunocytochemis-try. It became distinct with the increase of TP concentration.[Conclusion]1.TP can inhibit the migration of ACC-M cells in vitro.2. The expression of NT-3 and TrkB declined after stimulated by TP.
