Anti-Hepatitis B Virus Effect Of QiShen Qinggan Decoction On Lamivudine

1.Research objectiveThis paper studies the replying effect of Qishen Qinggan Decoction on anti-hepatitis B virus by using lamivudine from biochemistry, virology, liver fibrosis and Chinese medicine symptom. At the same time, this paper provides a new idea for anti-virus by the integrating Chinese and western medicine.2.Research methodFrom July to December in 2009, we select 52 slow hepatitis B patient and divide them to 2 groups.One group is lamivudine (reference group) and the other group is Qishen Qinggan Decoction adding lamivudine group (treatment group).Each group has 26 patients and the treatment time is 6 months.We observe the virus situation, the liver function situation, the symptom situation and the liver filament situation of the patients before and after the treatment.3.Research resultA. The treatment group is better than the reference group by comparing the Chinese medicine symptom after treatment. The comparison is meaningful in statistics (p<0.01).B.The treatment has good effect in both two groups. After the treatment, the improvement in AST, ALT and GGT is obvious (p<0.01).The improvement in TB is not meaningful in statistics (p>0.05).The improvement in AST, ALT and GGT between the two groups is meaningful in statistics (p<0.05), while it is not in TB (p>0.05).C.The changing rate of HBeAg and HBeAg of the treatment group is higher than the reference group.By comparing the two groups, the difference is obvious (p<0.05).The treatment effect of the treatment group is much better.D.The difference of HBV-DNA before and after the treatment is obvious in both two groups (p<0.01).the comparison between the two groups is not meaningful in statistics (p>0.05).E. After the treatment, the HA of the treatment group improves a lot (p<0.05), but of HA in the reference group and PCâ…¢,â…£C of two groups doesn't happen (p>0.05).The difference between the two groups in HA is meaningful in statistics (p<0.05),but it doesn't happen inPCâ…¢andâ…£C(p>0.05).4.ConclusionThe replying effect of lamivudine for anti-hepatitis B virus can be improved by using Qishen Qinggan Decoction. After the treatment, the treatment group is better than the reference group in many aspects.
