Objective:Clinical research, observation of transcervical resection of adhesions combined with BuShenHuaYuFang in treating intrauterine adhesion caused by induced abortion, evaluation of the efficacy of medical treatment of the disease and its mechanism were discussed. Methods:The flow of 40 patients with intrauterine adhesion caused by induced abortion were randomly divided into two groups, treatment group 20 cases, were treated with BuShenHuaYuFang after transcervical resection of adhesions; the control group 20 cases, were treated with Climen after transcervical resection of adhesions for three menstrual cycles. To observe treatment efficacy, IUA degree of improvement, affection on sex hormone and hemorheology. Results:The treatment group were treated and total effective rate was 95%,80% in the control group, the overall effect of the treatment group than the control group (P<0.05). The symptoms of two groups were obviously improved (P<0.05), total effective rate of treatment group was 90%,75% in the control group, two groups of Chinese medicine syndromes were significantly different (P<0.05). Chinese medicine treatment group main symptoms after treatment in the 80.00% total effective rate of more than one menstrual period, by volume, color quality of the total effective period were 84.21%,95.00%,94.73%, significantly higher (P<0.05). Two groups after treatment were to reduce the degree IUA(P<0.05), but there was no significant difference (P>0.05). Two groups after treatment significantly increased the level of E2, FSH decreased, compared with before treatment were significantly different (P<0.05), treatment group and control group had no significant difference (P>0.05).Two groups after treatment to improve blood rheology, blood high shear, low shear whole blood compared with pre-treatment decreased (P<0.05), and the treatment group than the control group (P<0.05)Conclusion:Transcervical resection of adhesions combined with BuShenHuaYuFang in treating intrauterine adhesion caused by induced abortion, which effect was significant. The mechanism may be achieved through correcting unbanlanced immunity, improving the blood high viscosity, preventing the reformulation of IUA.
