Immunotherapy Clinical Efficacy Of Recurrent Spontaneous Abortion:A Meta-analysis

Objective: Evaluation of immunotherapy the clinical efficacy of recurrent abortionMethods: Computer search Pubmed, highwire, free medical journals, Western biomedical databases, Chinese Biomedical Database, China Journal Full-text database, PubMed Result NCBI database. As of March 2009 to include all of RSA patients with active immunization or immunoglobulin treatment of recurrent abortion of clinical randomized controlled trials.ethodological quality of trials was assessed in terms of generation of allocation sequence, blinding, and drop-outs. The data was quantified by meta-analysis.Results: Total of 27documents, Pregnancy rate was higher than male group [OR=2.55,CI(1.44～4.51),P=0.001]; donating group the pregnancy rate higher than that [OR=1.49 CI: (0.77～2.89),P=0.24]; immune globulin group of successful pregnancy rate was higher [OR=1.38 CI: (0.67～2.83) P=0.38];Conclusion: Father lymphocyte for recurrent miscarriage have a certain significance in increased the success rate of pregnancy. Other methods with placebo showed no significant。It is still a need for more high-quality, large sample size of the study to be further explored.
