Objective:To observe the combination of Huangqi Danggui Tang mosapride treatment of senile deficiency of qi and blood clinical effects of functional constipation, and from both theoretical and clinical study with mosapride Huangqi Danggui Tang mechanism of action.Method:1. TCM after treatment in patients with symptoms of the two groups before treatment compared with the total score differences were statistically significant (P<0.01), the observation group and control group can improve symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine; traditional Chinese medicine in patients with symptoms of the two groups after treatment difference in total score and Statistics significance (P<0.01), observed group total score improved TCM symptoms than the control group.3. The end of treatment were followed up for 6 months to observe the relapse rate was 20.00%, control group, the recurrence rate was 46.43%, the two groups was statistically significant difference in recurrence rate (P<0.05), observe the long-term efficacy than the control group group.Conclusion:The combination of Huangqi Danggui Tang effect of mosapride a comprehensive, long-term outcome is better than western medicine group, the treatment of age-qi and blood deficiency of functional constipation safe and effective herbs, it is worth further study and expand the applications.
