The Pharmacy Study On Ibuprofen, Chlorpheniramine, Pseudoephedrine Compound Tablets

For a long time, cold is one of the most common diseases which troubled people, and so far, human still can not prevent the incidence and transmission of cold. In the treatment of the process of cold, the use of compound preparation can be more effectively shorten the course of the disease. In this paper, ibuprofen, chlorpheniramine, pseudoephedrine as model drug be made into compound preparation, and conduct studies on it.The prescription design and processing research were carried out to ibuprofen, chlorpheniramine, pseudoephedrine compound tablets,found that the optimum prescription for the ibuprofen, chlorpheniramine, pseudoephedrine compound tablets was containing ibuprofen 200mg, pseudoephedrine hydrochloride 30mg, chlorpheniramine maleate 2mg per tablet, in accordance with the main component of foreign prescription formula.Adjuvant contained microcrystalline cellulose, carboxymethyl starch sodium, silica powder, magnesium stearate, starch. The tablet formulation design was different from the original prescription in selecting fillers, binders, disintegrating agents and flow aid.Evaluated the hardness, dissolution, particle mobility and content of the tablet. Identified the optimized prescription, and carried out amplification test on it. The results showed that performance was well.The quality research was carried out on the physicochemical constants, purity test and determination to ibuprofen, chlorpheniramine, pseudoephedrine compound tablets, its quality control methods were initially identified, providing reference for the future expansion of production.The stability test was carried out by using accelerating test and long-term stability test, evaluating the stability of ibuprofen, chlorpheniramine, pseudoephedrine compound tablets.The result showed that ibuprofen, chlorpheniramine, pseudoephedrine compound tablets was stable, its validity can be tentatively scheduled for 2 years.
