Consequently,it will be helpful for the coaches to know the training effect, evaluate training methods correctly and regulate the training scheme, and pay more attention to the monitoring of training.Since triathlon is composed of three sports, the monitoring and analysis should be claimed out individually.This paper will here by research the physiological and biochemical indicator features of 10 km in triathlon. Since it is the athlete is last part of the triathlon, the physical condition of the athlete is already in a state of fatigue or half-fatigue, which can be compared to the last 10 km in marathon. However, the physical of triathlon athletes differs from that of professional runners. This paper therefore makes an analysis and evaluation of the physiological and biochemical indicators of different organs obtained from the monitoring data in the work of National Women Triathlon Team, with the expectation to work out the optional training strength and best condition to participate in the games. |
