| Objective:To investigate the relationship between the expression level of AGT, ACE and AT1R and the pathogenesis and evolution of preeclampsia by testing the expression level of AGT,ACE and AT1R in placenta of normal pregnant women and preeclampsia in different seasons. To predict occurrence and provide theory basis for the prevention and treatment of preeclampsia.Methods:1. Study object: Divided the year into three seasons climate model: Winter–and- spring (11-2M), Summer (6-8M), Transition (2-5 and 9-10M). 120 preeclampsia patients and 60 normal pregnant women were recruited in Women Children Health Hospital of Jiangxi Province from November 2008 to October 2009.2. Method: Western blot was used in testing AGT, ACE and AT1R protein in placenta of 60 normal pregnant women and 120 preeclampsia. 1) Observe the expression AGT, ACE and AT1R in placenta of normal pregnant women and the preeclampsia in different seasons. 2) Analyze the relation between the expression of AGT, ACE and AT1R in placenta of preeclampsia and the disease condition and season.Results:1.The expression of AGT in placenta of normal pregnant women and the preeclampsia in different seasonsThe expression of ACE in the placenta of normal pregnant women, mild preeclampsia and severe preeclampsia in same season were significant among them(P<0.05),as the disease increased and the rise.The expression of AGT in placenta of severe preeclampsia was significantly higher in winter-and-spring than that of Transition(P<0.01), There were no differences expression of AGT in placenta of severe preeclampsia between winter-and- spring and summer(P>0.05). There were no differences expression of AGT in the placenta of normal pregnant women among in different season(P>0.05).2.The expression of ACE in placenta of normal pregnant women and the preeclampsia in different seasonsThe expression of ACE in the placenta of normal pregnant women, mild preeclampsia and severe preeclampsia in same season were significant among them(P<0.05),as the disease increased and the rise.The expression of ACE in the placenta of severe preeclampsia was significantly higher in winter-spring than that of in transition (P<0.01), There were differences expression of ACE in the placenta of severe preeclampsia between winter- spring and summer(P<0.05).There were no differences expression of ACE in the placenta of normal pregnant women among in different season(P>0.05)。3.The expression of AT1R in placenta of normal pregnant women and the preeclampsia in different seasonsThe expression of AT1R in the placenta of normal pregnant women, mild preeclampsia and severe preeclampsia in same season were significant among them(P<0.05),as the disease increased and the rise.The expression of AT1R in the placenta of severe preeclampsia was significantly higher in winter-spring than that in transition(P<0. 01), There were no differences expression of AT1R in the placenta of severe preeclampsia between winter- spring and summer(P>0.05).There were no differences expression of AT1R in the placenta of normal pregnant women among in different seasons(P<0.05).4.Outcome pregnancy of preeclampsia in different seasonThe incidence of liver dysfunction in preeclampsia winter-spring was higher than preeclampsia Transition(P<0.05).The incidence of renal dysfunction in preeclampsia winter-spring was higher than preeclampsia Transition(P<0.05).The incidence of eclampsia in preeclampsia winter-spring was higher than preeclampsia Transition(P<0.05). Conclusions:The expression of AGT,ACE,AT1R in placenta of preeclampsia was significantly higher than normal pregnant women, it was gradually increased, with the development of preeclampsia. The expression of AGT,ACE,AT1R in the placenta of preeclampsia was significantly higher in winter-spring than that of in transition. The incidence of adverse pregnancy outcomes was higher in winter-spring than that of in transition. This suggested that the increasing expression level of AGT, ACE and AT1R in the placenta play a role in the occurrence, development and evolution of preeclampsia. |
