The Relationship Between The Protein Expression Of ERCC1,BRCA1,EGFR,β-tubulin And K-Ras And The Efficacy And Prognosis In Advanced Non Small Cell Lung Cancer

Objective:Investigated the expression of ERCC1 BRCA1 EGFRβ-tubulin K-Ras and the clinical effective and survival in the advanced non small cell lung cancer with platinum-based chemotherapy.Methods:Identified the expression of ERCC1 BRCA1 EGFRβ-tubulin K-Ras by immunohistochemistry in 136 patients and analysised the relation between efficacy and prognosis. Conclusion:The chemotherapy efficacy in ERCC1 negative group was better than ERCC1 in positive group(31.3% VS 22.6%,P﹤0.017). The chemotherapy in MST of ERCC1 in negative group was better than ERCC1 in positive proup(15months vs 12months, P﹤0.05).It wasn't the different in ERCC1 PFS. It wasn't the different from chemotherapy efficacy in BRCA1 negative group and BRCA1 positive group.The chemotherapy in MST of BRCA1 in negative group was better than BRCA1 in positive proup(16months vs 9months, P﹤0.05). BRCA1 negative group was better than positive group in PFS(7月VS 6月,P﹤0.05).The clinical stage in BRCA1 negative group was earlier than positive group. There was no different fromβ-tubulin and EGFR negative group to positive group in MST,PFS and chemotherapy efficacy. The adenocarcinoma was more in EGFR positive group.The chemotherapy efficacy in KRAS negative group was better than KRAS positive group. There was no different from KRAS negative group to positive group in MST,PFS. Conclusion:The expression of ERCC1 could predict chemotheraphy efficacy with platinum-based in NSCLC and have the relation with prognosis. The expression of BRCA1 had the relation with prognosis and clinical stage in NSCLC.The expression ofβ-tubulin and EGFR hadn't the relation with chemotheraphy efficacy and prognosis . The K-RAS expression had the relation of advanced non small cell lung cancer patients with chemotheraphy.
