Construction And Initial Practice On Evaluation Index System Of CME For The Departments In Comprehensive Hospital

Objective:Through analysis of huge internal and external CME documents and adopting scientific methods,solicited opinions from all sides,to establish and consummate evaluation index system for CME in departments of comprehensive hospitals which should have signification and guidance,serviceability and tally with the actual conditions in our region,to provide theoretical basis for evaluating CME in departments and made initial practice.Methods:Synthesized such scientific research methods as document analysis,Delphi method and Precedence chart,we proceeded to establish CME in departments evaluating target system,and adopted Precedence chart to vest with weight of indexes.Results:Three times of enthusiasm coefficient in specialists were 95%,100%, 100%,the degree of specialist authority were higher and the average values were 0.70,0.78,0.76 respectively.The coordination coefficient of the specialists' opinion were 0.0021,0.0023,0.0039.The investigation of sensability a were 0.490,0.419,0.554;the result of answering paper was good,which showed that the rate of dedicate was 75.166% of the three factors.An evaluation system that consisted of 3 hierarchies and 41 basic indexes was established.Among them 4 first grade indexes,13 second grade indexes and 24 third grade indexes.First grade indexes named project condition,teachers condition, training term,training state and training effect,their weight were 0.1917,0.3042,0.2792, 0.2250.Conclusion:Establishment of the method for evaluating target system appeared of scientific and feasible tool;Qualification of the specialist opinion of good and numbers of specialists suitable,which may have good concentration, enthusiasm,authority, unanimous and harmony.The stucture of CME had good contents and harmony.Initial pratice by using this evaluation index system for 92 departments,showed 62 departments as good score,and the rate as high of 67%,which intially confirmed the system could be used for evaluation and had guiding meaning.In the current evaluation, some problems and deficiency for CME system were found,need to be highly councerned in rountinely work.
