Survey Methods:Survey selected by sratified random sampling method.There are three main parts of the questionnaire:demographic characteristics of the questionnaire, quality of life questionnaire and health system responsiveness survey.2. Statistical Methods:Use the Epidata 3.0 to establish a database, and then input the survey data. Use the SPSS15.0 to give the statistical analysis description, such as mean, rate, proportion, etc.; Multiple linear regression analysis, variance analysis, test, canonical correlation analysis, test level a= 0.05. The survey on the use of health services from the overall response of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.Results1. Survey health status and health service needs:There are 28.1% of the HIV infected people have a better self-health evaluation, and therer are 74.1% of the general person; Two weeks of illness:HIV infection was 45.2%, general population,13.5%; attendance rate:HIV infection was 95.3%,89.8% in the general population;Types of diseases:upper respiratory tract infection is the most in the AIDS, followed by diarrhea; hypertension and upper respiratory tract infection are the main diseases of the general person. The selection of the hospital:HIV infection mainly choose the village clinics and township hospitals due to the short distance and AIDS sentinel units; the general person mainly choose village health medical sites and the county hospital-based due to the distance and the quality considerations.2.The analysis of the quality of life of the HIV infected people:The scores of the quality of life of the HIV infected people are concentrated in the 15.68~21.10 by the World Health Organization (WHOQOL-100) scale, The factors on quality of life: chronic disease, alcohol abusing, smoking, sleeping insufficiency, often staying up late, disability, age, etc.; The factors that can improve the quality of life:professional, taking contraceptive measures, sleeping enough and so on.3. Reactivity analysis:The scores of the response of fuzzy evaluation of the HIV infected people to the village clinics and township hospitals services are 64.6 and 62.96, which are between the level of good and very good; The general person are 56.28 and 53.54, which are lower than that of the HIV infected people. Both the two types of people all think that the secondry health services do better in dignity, in terms of timeliness and confidentiality, but not good enough in selective, medical environment and social supporting. The main factors that affect the evaluation of health system are:age, family income, radius of the health services and the dagree of education.Conclusion1. Health status and health service needs. HIV carrier have a lower self-health assessment, and the demand of health services is relatively high, which increase the burden of the local health service system. The health resources investment should be increased in AIDS epidemic. Village level health facilities in rural AIDS take the main task of medical aid, medical treatment system network in rural AIDS had significant effects.2. The quality of life. The main factors affecting the quality of life of HIV infected people are:Chronic illness, income, lifestyle and habits. We should focus on strengthening prevention and treatment of HIV infection among chronic disease, HIV infection and to increase financial support and assist the family; to carry out health education, promotion of scientific and reasonable, and healthy lifestyle and healthy eating habits in consumption and improve the quality of life.3.
