With the developing of our national economy, our working pressure has increased, and our life style has changed, the disease spectrum also has changed, noninfectious chronic disease such as cardiovascular and cerebrovascular, hyperlipidemia, fatty liver, diabetes, cancer and others'prevalence rate has risen sharply. This has brought people heavy economic and mental shoulder, and reduced the quality of our lives greatly.The drilling workers as one of the oilfield workers, their healthy problem has attracted people attention very early, but there were short large number studies. Based on the above thinking, we collected and analysised 1893 male drilling workers of one drilling company's health check materials of Daqing Oilfield, in order to improve this population health and provide theory basis.ObjectiveAs Chinese state-owned large oil industry, the Daqing Oilfield created valuable material and spiritual wealth for national. With the developing of the economy and the society, oilfield benefit has grew, and its oil workers' health issues was becoming prominent increasingly. The study analysised the drilling workers'2008 health inspection materials of Daqing Oilfield, described the drilling workers'health status and the major health problems, use the single and multi-factor analysis method to analysis drilling worker health risk factors, assessment drilling workers health quality, in order to improve the health level of the oilfield drilling workers to provide the scientific basis.MethodsChoose a drilling company on-the-job worker of 1893 man of Daqing petroleum administration bureau-occupational disease prevention checkup and occupational health examination in 2008 as the research objects.Using mercury sphygmomanometer column type , cuffs compression method to measure blood pressure. Abnormal ecg in yellow jasmine, "clinical electrocardiogram study" criteria for diagnosis. On the morning of client conscription examination in fasting blood 3ml mining, blood samples, using no hemolysis LIASYS automatic biochemistry analyzer detection total cholesterol and triglycerides, blood sugar, liver function. Total abnormal 74.0% , high frequency band hearing loss (44.0%), fatty liver (33.8%), tall lipemia (30.7%), hypertension (11.7%) and high blood glucose levels (5.8%).3. Kidney stones detection rate of changing courses was 4.2% (79/1893), Renal cyst 1.4% (26/1893), Cystic and calculous 1.2% (22/1893), Gallbladder polyps 2.1% (39/1893), Liver cyst 1.2% (23/1893).4. High frequencies of hearing loss 44.0%.5. Multi-factor regression analysis: age and type of high frequency band is the effect of hearing loss is the main factor, Age is the effect of fatty liver, hyperlipidemia, high blood glucose, and high blood pressure is the main factor, Blood glucose, blood fat and blood pressure are mutually influence.Conclusions1. Total abnormal 74.0%, row in the top five in turn for high frequency hearing loss, fatty liver, hyperlipidemia, high blood pressure and high blood glucose levels.2.
