In order to asphalt the debate on ontology, and distinguish the difference between the noumenon and the origin, this article illustrates what subject the ontology is. besides, it proves that Marx's Practical ontology is a scientific theory, and shows the relations between existence and practice, according to refute the most popular view on ontology in the community over the past century 90's, which is Material ontology and Social being ontology. Marx emphasized the state and the essence of presence, which he understood was practical existence. Simultaneously, Marx's Practical ontology stresses the relations between the practice and the existence of human, for being on the working people's value position, he answered with the practice how the word was , the society was how to change, and explained everything in the word.This article focuses on three issues, which is on the existence, on the practice and on the man. Besides, it elicits that Practical ontology is the really theory which Max holds, by elaborating the relations between the practice and the existence. Firstly, practice is the basis for the existing world. Without emotional labor and creativity,"not only will the nature change tremendously, but also there is not the whole human world, his intuitive ability and his existence himself."Continuous practice of emotional labor is"the profound foundation of the whole existence world.""Emotional labor and creativity"are the practice the human do. In other words, without the labor practice, there is not the human world. This article indicates the really research purpose of ontology so that identify the Research Significance and the Practical value of Marxist philosophy. Also, in Practical ontology, it illustrates the relations among practice, existence and human in the contemporary values.
