Zou Shouyi, also called Qianzhi and Dongkuo, was born in Anfu of Jiangxi province. He was the famous scholar of Jiangyou and famous for insisted his teacher's theory. To illustrate his teacher's "conscience" thought, Zou Shouyi raised a features view point that is "cautious and fear can to conscience". In his view, "the moral obligation" is good, justice, nature. As long as "cautious and fear",not leave even for a moment, we not only can keep the "moral obligation" clearly, visible; but also can change temperament.Through introducing Zou Shouyi's ontological conscience and ethics, and debates between the disciples of Wang Yangming, to illustrate the main thoughts of Zou Shouyi, analyze that he not only abided his teacher's theory, but also he had some invention, as to point out the features of Zou Shouyi Moral Theory and its significance. The paper consists of five parts:the first part gives a brief introduction for Zou Shouyi's life experiences and main thoughts; second part describes the source of Zou Shouyi's thought, that is his academic heritage. First study on Neo, then confused with the academic and changed to study following Yangming; The third part study on the moral obligation of Zou Shouyi, innate knowledge is perfect, justice, nature. The fourth part is about the kongfu theory of Zou Shouyi. The feature is "cautious and fear" through moral cultivation, as to change temperament; Part five introduce the academic debates between the Yangming scholars. Zou Shouyi defended his teacher's theory, when other disciples'thought depart with Yangming, he raise rebuttals, and strive to maintain the orthodoxy academic of Yangming school. He made a positive contribution and influence for spread Yangming after-school and maintain the orthodoxy academic of Wang Yangming in Jiang You. The last part gives a summary of Zou Shouyi's ethics and its features.
