With the development of the after school and the improvement of its social status, the demand for teachers is also increasing. The employment of Part-time teachers has become a common phenomenon in the education system. But the development of Part-time teachers will deeply affect the education quality of Children's Palace. The characteristics of Part-time teachers are variety of sources, liquidity, low economic treatment, and different motives which will affect the development of them. But the most important factor is that if they can create a good professional identity. Compared to the professional teachers, the part-time teachers are facing more challenges as the specificity of teaching environment and contents. It is worthy to research the dilemma for the professional identity of part-time teachers with lacking of policy support and humane care.This paper is to reveal the situation of professional identity and existing problem of the subject which is the part-time teacher of C children's palace using the method of text analysis, interview and questionnaire. Through analyzing the difference of part-time teacher professional identity based on different gender, age, education, work experience, work background and wage differences of C Children's Palace, find the reason of professional identity of part-time teachers in C children's palace, and provide the suggestion and strategy to promote the professional identity based on the angle of government, the Children's Palace and teachers. Expect to provide some useful reference for the construction of Children's palace teacher and enhance the degree of professional identity of teachers.The results show that, the professional identity of part-time teachers in C Children's Palace is higher, and there are no significant differences of professional identity in gender, age, education, work experience, work background and wage. But there are significant difference between professional teachers and part-time teachers. The main factor which is affect the professional identity is that the lacking of community concern about after school education, the loose of management and the identification of teacher's role. This paper is also proposed to strengthen the community's concern about school education, and enhance the management of the Children's Palace, promote the growth of teachers to enhance the professional identity of part-time teachers based on analysis.
