Then, in Britain has started to form so-called'Aristocratic Century', and lasted for more than a century. Noble nepotism played a very important safeguard for the role in its tasseled status, and produced very important influence in British political development, and reflects the organization level of British Party at that time. The amount of British secularity aristocrats at this time was not large. England's secular aristocracy in the House of Lords is about 160 or so in number, along with Scotland and Ireland's secular aristocracy in the political marginalization, the total number is no more than 400. The British Aristocrats family was a huge one which centered around people who had title of mobility and found by their wives, children and other relatives. Aristocrat, as the core of entire family, has the absolute authority. Not the same as aristocrats at mainland, the island country aristocratic family members had equal social status as common people legally, they did not have the corresponding politics and the economic privilege. The Nepotism had a more significant meaning for the British aristocrats and their family, who were at the dominate position in the British society. Centered around themselves, the aristocrats established'Party Group'based on the nepotism including close kin, relation by marriage, neighbors, friends, relation between teachers and students, colleague and so on, which formed by the individual and their family members. Based on this, form parties; Aristocratic Party Groups cooperated whole heartedly with each other for the common interests, they control the state legislature——the House of Lords and the House of Commons, in the central and local government agencies, and the army enjoy the absolute authority. Finally, they established Noble Oligarchic System in Britain, in which the aristocrat also was the core.
