This paper focus on the music in T.V. advertisement. In recent years, economy of China developed fast. Meanwhile, the music in T.V. advertisement developed fast too. And the form of music is much different from before. So the paper is basic on the T.V. advertisement and music, has four parts: Chapter 1: the combination of music and T.V. advertisement. The main idea in this chapter is discussing the main reason of the combination between T.V. advertisement and music. The discussing is basic on analyzing of the maincharacter of the T.V. advertisement in economical category and music.Chapter 2: studying on the skills in the music of T.V. advertisement. The chapter includes two parts: classifying of the music in T.V. advertisement and the artistically characteristic of the music in T.V. advertisement. And the artistically characteristic of the music in T.V. advertisement is the key point of this paper.Chapter 3: the effect between music and T.V. advertisement. The last two chapters are basic on studying on the two immobile things, but this one is basic on the studying on the moving one. In the developing of the music in T.V. advertisement and the developing of the T.V. advertisement including music, much changes happened. Because they have affected each other.Chapter 4: studying on the prospect of combination of music and T.V. advertisement. After the discussing in the last three chapters, we can get a probable calculation. It is about combination of music and T.V. advertisement. But we must solve two important problems. The first one is the industry on T.V. advertisement is not perfect in the structure. The second one is that the developing of music and T.V. advertisement must depend on the Chinese culture and Chinese economy and so on.In Chinese mainland, the of TV ads rise rapidly but still has a long way to go and there is not much study on this field, we haven not formed the theory system of our own. Especially the issues such as the kind of combination of TV, advertising, music are not too many, the kind of television advertising and musical elements combination research is even less. Therefore, the author intended to study from the prospective of musical elements in television advertising on which as the foundation some suggestions aimed to further play the principal role of musical elements have been proposed. Undoubtedly, there is a certain degree of significance for the respective development and their integration of advertisement and music .
