"5.12" Wenchuan earthquake brings Qiang intangible cultural heritage to frightful calamities, and Qiang population that has a great loss, physical geographic environment and humanistic environment that was destroyed make it great damage, which already have suffered a lot from the impact of economic globalization and modernization. In order to preserve and inherit Qiang intangible cultural heritage, state and local governments, enterprises and social organizations and individuals involved in succession, and it has agreed that digital technology provides the means to help realize this historical mission. In the 21 st century, mankind steps into the digital era. and how do digital technology support Qiang intangible cultural heritage to preserve and inherit? With this problem, the author made field works in Mao County, Wenchuan County. Li County, and Beichuan County of the Qiang core area in over a month by literature method, interview and participant observation. Through the literature review about digital static preservation of the Qiang intangible cultural heritage from three dimensions of the state and local governments, enterprises and social organizations,and individuals, and through the field works of three aspects of the informatization construction of school and culture inheriting place, the status quo of inheritance, and digital technology that applies in living preservation in Qiang intangible cultural heritage inheritance field, the author does further research based on overall assurance about two aspects status of static preservation and living preservation of the Qiang intangible cultural heritage in which digital technology was applied to. It is researched that, on the one hand, state and local governments, enterprises and social organizations and individuals have done some work in the digital preservation of Qiang intangible cultural heritage, and achieved a lot of practice results, but these digital results, or preserved in intangible cultural heritage preservation agency, or dispersedly stored in folk, are divorced from the Qiang culture subject and more are used to collection or display, it shows that digital preservation function extremely limited; On the other hand, as a school of the culture inheritance field, large-scale and high-standard reconstruction in post-earthquake make that it already have information material conditions for intangible cultural heritage preservation, but it still rely on the traditional way, and has a predicament of the lack of instructional resources, teachers, and funds. It is analysed that the root cause of existing problems about digital technology applied to preservation and inheritance in the Qiang intangible cultural heritage, lies in the application idea of choosing existence, which more is based on static preservation and it causes Qiang cultural subject absence. Therefore, the paper that based on the perspective of educational information resources, using the guidance of educational information resources development thought, supporting from information technology, and especially multicultural education guidance, constructs a combining pattern with Qiang intangible cultural heritage static preservation and living preservation based on educational information resources. On the one hand, Qiang intangible cultural heritage that is developed into educational information resources can realize digital static preservation, which thus has more vitality for "teaching" function and sharing mechanism; On the other hand, the educational information resources of Qiang intangible cultural heritage are used in the school as a cultural inheritance field, which is based on a premise with fully demonstrating the cultural subject of students, in virtue of information technology advantage, informatization instructing and learning theory, and multicultural education theory guidance, adjusting measures to local conditions, are applied to living perservation to promote the growth of mankind and culture inheritance. Based on this, the paper analyzes the reason and feasibility of model construction, modeling and implementation strategies, and discusses the possible application and reflection of pattern, to provide a new idea about digital technology in order to support Qiang intangible cultural heritage preservation and inheritance.
