The Confucianism between the Qin Dynasty and Han Dynasty, it is of great significance in the developing history of Confucianism. In view of the scholars, this period of Confucianism is a transitional significance in Chinese history and culture. With the political and social transformation, the Confucian thoughts also must face the transformation. Based on the existing literature, Lu Jia is the most typical Confucians during this period. When scholars researching Confucians who lived in this period usually considered, the characteristics of the Confucianism during this period is reconcile the different views. But this method is easy to neglect the ideological structure and standpoint which their own. In my opinion, neither reconciles nor merges the different views, are modus which dealing with the social transformation. This is not sufficient as the features as the scholar which lived in that period. Therefore, on the one hand, when the study of Lu Jia's thoughts, we could not overlook this factor which the different views'reconcile or merge; on the other hand, we could not overstate the impact of this factor. If we want to grasp his subject idea, we should understand how he respond to social and ideological transformation. So, we must proceed from his experience to learn his thoughts. This is the idea of this article. The purpose of the first chapter is to show Lu Jia's ambition and to explore his idea objective by his experience. Lu Jia had contributed to the consolidation of the Han Dynasty. Such as he twice ambassador to Nan Yue, persuaded Liu Bang change the strategy of govern, contributed to the cooperation of ministers. After all, he was not a political thinker, his credit did not need to exaggerate. Much of Lu Jia's remarks which recorded in the literature, were historical summary or constructive comments, it had little impact on construction of the political system of the Han Dynasty. But we can find his basic idea from these comments. Further, predominate more about features of his thought. The Confucian characteristics of Lu Jia, not only reflected in his political commentary, but also in his thoughts. Many of his ideas and thoughts were strongly connected with others. So we must comprehensive study of his thoughts. This idea is reflected in the second chapter. The first of this Chapter is explicitly demonstrating the central idea in Lu Jia's thoughts, demonstrating his idea was fundamentally different form the school of 'Zaism'. The second step, demonstrating his idea was fundamentally different form other schools, such as 'Taoism','Faism','YinYangism', highlighted the feature of Confucianism of his own. Further more, we can proceed form the general ideas of Confucian to discuss his philosophy. The part of the core in Lu Jia's philosophy is cosmology and his view of practice. The third chapter is on the standpoint of the pre-Qin Confucian's basic concepts to discuss his philosophy. Not only Lu Jia's cosmology, but also his view of practice, was inherit the pre-Qin Confucian's basic concepts, has a distinct characteristics of Confucianism.
