Working memory plays an important role in individual cognitive activities. This study takes the normal pupils as the objects,using psychological experimental design, giving the experimental group 3 weeks intervention training, the result in the simple breadth, the complex breadth and in the attention focal point projects turned out to be remarkable. So we obtains the following conclusions:(1) Working memory intervention training may promote elementary students' certain aspects of working memory abilities. (2) It is feasible to carry out the working memory intervention training under the natural classroom.
