The New Exploration Of Ecotherapy Which Is From The Perspective Of Ecopsychology

Adventure therapy and nature therapy as one of eco-therapy are not familiar to the researchers of China. In this paper, on the basis of reading foreign literatures of adventure therapy and nature therapy,the author making a systematic and detailed introduction of them. In addition, the author in the view of eco-psychology and eco-feminism making comments on adventure therapy. In light of making up for the weaknesses of adventure therapy, the author not only introduce nature therapy, which created by PhD Ronen Berger but also compared them.. And then summaries the good points of them then bring forward a new kind of therapy which called nature-adventure therapy.This article mainly uses the way of literature analysis, summarize and generalize a large number of English literatures and then compare and make remark on them. This paper is divided into five parts:firstly, introducing the theory foundation and development of adventure therapy and nature therapy as well as the innovation and creation of the article, introducing adventure therapy including the origin and definition as well as characteristic of it, and then make comments on the view of eco-psychology, the third part is mainly relates to nature therapy including its theory basis and its attitude towards nature. The last part of the article is that author raising a new kind of therapy which called nature-adventure therapy.The innovation of this article is that adventure therapy and nature therapy are seldom introduced in China. The author not only introducing them but also comparing them and making list of their strong points and weak points and the solution to them which is of creative significant. And last giving the author's advice of adventure therapy's future development.
