To ensure that the Chinese Government Scholarship for International Students Undergraduate education quality, improve efficiency in the use scholarship, the Ministry of Education in China since September 1,2010 in China since the Chinese Government Scholarship students undergraduate students to learn before entering into the Pre-professional learning. After a year of matriculation students in learning, you must meet HSK3 grade level or HSK6 order to enter undergraduate study. Listening and speaking as students understand the earliest and most easy to learn, the most practical course, teaching in the Foundation plays an important role. Students have no basic knowledge of Chinese language, the phenomenon of the early cultural conflict more or less, and students from different regions have different study habits. General characteristics of preparatory education, according to the state matriculation students and mental state, the success of the Foundation should also heard that teaching to achieve four objectives:to improve in the short term listening and speaking Chinese students to improve their communication efficiency, to help students quickly adapt to China's living environment and support students in other courses. The traditional approach to language about listening and speaking the language, both independent of the culture outside, and no other combination of heavy and difficult course, it is difficult to achieve these four objectives simultaneously.Dual-Immersion teaching is on the basis of immersion in Canada, paying more attention on both language and culture. In linguistics, education, psychology can be found in the field of theoretical support for this model. Pre-applied dual-immersion teaching listening and speaking not only listening and speaking while achieving the goal matriculation, matriculation students and teachers can address teaching and learning in listening and speaking some of the problems encountered. The implementation of the principle of dual immersion education has five:the only exchange in Chinese language, dilute the national consciousness, into cultural knowledge, combined with social practice, cognition and learning simultaneously. In the five principles, some specific teaching methods can be applied to the Foundation heard of classes, such as:design of the Chinese culture into the pronunciation exercises, with the rich Chinese culture, material, design and cultural topics links, change from passive into active question show, with practical job aids, and other students after school hours dual immersion. The author also put forward the idea of supporting several external forces, but also exploring dual-immersion teaching process, these assumptions to be verified by practice. Hope that this dual immersion language and cultural patterns can be more and more attention.
