Human reward processing mechanism has become a hot spot of research in recent years. The research helps to study adolescents reward prcessing mode of behavior and the interpretation of adolescents disorder seek. Previous brain imaging studies found that adolescents risk seeking behavior is mainly due to the imbalance relationship between the development of limbic system and the prefrontal cortex, and they pur important central on the outcome stage of reward processing. Meawhile, some researchers proposed risk seeking behavior which was peculiar in adolescents may be related to individual personalities, not performance for "risk seeking behavior is a kind of peculiar trend features in adolescents". This research focuses on reward processing of the teenagers in different stages with adults and study the relationship between teenagers risk seeking behavior and personality. The experiment 1 investigated the role of expectations in anticipate and outcome phase of reward processing in young adolescents, analyzed cognitive and neural electrophysiological processes with adults as the control group. The results showed that:anticipate processing:The main effect of expectancy on the component of AN1 was significant, neutral probability condition elicited larger AN1 amplitudes than that of high and low probability conditions, while there was no significant difference between low and high probability conditions. outcome processing:Feedback Related Negativity not exhibit significant differences betwween adolescents and adults in any condition;whereas P300 was both sensitive to groups and probability, showed a significant interaction, imple effects analysis showed that in the expected and neutral condiction, the P300 amplitude was significantly greater for young adolescents. In experiment 2, we used cake gambling task in order to investigate the adolescents response of cognitive control in reward processing, and also we adopted Eysenck personality Questionnaire (EPQ) to study teenagers personality characteristics with risk seeking behavior whether there is relationship so as to look for their personality factors. The results show that teenagers and adults in the different conditions high-risk choose not to exist significant differences, Meanwhile, EPQ scale neurotic dimensions and spiritual quality dimension has the function which is other dimensions variable cannot explain, and it is an important predictor ratio which is used in risk choices. What is more, the proportion of risky choices with scores between the relationship do not exist significant differences between variables in groups.
