Karl Popper is a well-known philosopher and ideologist in the twentieth century who laid the foundation of Falsifications. His philosophic theory is of various aspects and his critical rationalism theory caused widespread concern among the philosophers. When it comes to the problem of realism, Popper brings forward his own idea from the common sense, i.e., the core of common sense is realism. He insisted it impossible to apply inductive logic or use tests to confirm the necessary truth. So he introduced verisimilitude as a basic concept of realism and then forms an extremely unique theoretical system. This article introduces the Popper's idea in five parts. The first part introduces the origin of the realism and the basic problems that realism and anti-realism argues. This part gives us a clear understanding on the problems that realism argues. The second part generalizes the theoretic basics of the Popper's realism theory, which embodies the rigor of the bases of Popper's realism. We will have a more profound understanding on the relationship between truth and solid question especially through to awareness of the problem of verisimilitude and this is a very important fundamental question about Popper's realism. The third part mainly introduces the idea of Popper's theory of realism. The Popper" realism system includes several important parts. They are not isolated but have deep-rooted inner relationships between each other. The fourth part gives a full introduction about the influences of Popper's realism. Realism has oblivious effect on the rise of scientific realism and the revival of metaphysics. The fifth part evaluates Popper's realism as a whole. The realism has its rationality and insufficiency. In addition, his realism is a kind of critical common sense realism. And this is the localization question about Popper's realism thoughts.Seen from the Popper's entire philosophic thinking, his theory has many differences with many philosophers at his time. His thinking is something unique. As (?)groundbreaking theory, Popper's theory has its own philosophic charm and method, (?)has essential model significance in the later development and even transformation (?)philosophy.
