Recent research demonstrates that the working memory has the close connection with complicated activity of learning cognition. Generally, when the individual is processing the effective working memory retrieval,his ability to completed the cognitive activities is better than who with the inefficient working memory retrieval. And during the individual learning process, the feedback from the instructors can help improving the individual working memory, which plays a promoting role for the teaching effect.The research purpose is to discuss that the feedback mode has influence on extracting working memory under the different task conditions. By taking the high school and college students as the research object, the experimental research includes 3 variables:feedback mode, task complexity (perceptual load) and subject learning lever, meanwhile two dependent variables:working memory span and the correct rate of extracting working memory are introduced onto it. There are 3 factors:4 (feedback modes:non-feedback, only right and wrong, recast feedback and peer feedback)×2(process load:low road and high road)×2(learning levers:disability students and high ability students) in the mixed design, and the feedback modes are subject intra-factors and process load are subject inter-factors. The result of research shows that:(1) feedback modes have a great impact on the working memory span and the correct rate of extracting working memory, and there is the interaction between feedback modes and process load.(2) feedback modes and learning lever have a strong interaction of the working memory span, but do not strong on the correct rate of extracting working memory.(3) process loads and learning lever affect the extracting working memory, and the interaction of the process loads and learning lever is strong on the working memory span and the correct rate of extracting working memory.(4) Comparing with other subject feedback teems, the result of subject recast feedback teem is better, either low process condition or high process condition.
