In Communication request when the speaker refuses to respond to acts of others, this behavior is like refusal speech act. Refusal to listen to the speaker before to know if what he will say is positive or negative actually is damage to the speech acts and is a threat to refuse to face to acts of others (FTA).However, because men and women have both physically and psychologically significant differences and then them refusal of the performance model in the presence of men or women is different. So, this article focused on the refusal of gender differences and analyzes the internal factors of this phenomenon, and thus the language, some of the gender discrimination to a certain degree of interpretation, rich content of conversation theory. This article is mainly based on the theory of Leech's "Politeness Principle", Brown & Levinson (1978) "face saving theory" and Yang Yonglin "gender differences in theory".According to this study, this paper compared the prevailing international DCT (Discourse Completion Tasks) with a questionnaire. The questionnaire was targeted at a third year class of Chinese students, were set to threaten each other the negative face and positive face of the four kinds of phenomena (request, advice, help, invited). Each phenomenon is given two scenarios. In each, exactly, the same situation is divided into male and female; both cases asked respondents refused to answer as detailed as possible to make the last 40 valid questionnaires were obtained, evenly divided between men and women.By the results of the questionnaire, statistical analysis of the paper revealed gender differences in speech act. The main conclusions are:(1) Both sexes tend to reject by directly or indirectly refusal. To deny the same sex, men used more direct refusal, but when they want to deny the other sex (women), they use more indirect refusal. While women the contrary put more direct refusal "to leave" the men, and in this direct refusal women "keep at least the face." (2) Women are better using the integration of a variety of refusal strategies, and less direct expression of the poet that rejected; men are more focused selection of detailed and direct expression of the poet's refusal strategies. These findings indicate that men and women in verbal communication as much as possible follow the politeness principle, but compared with men, women more euphemistic words soft, even more polite. At the same time in the use of face theory and the theory of gender differences in language, we explore the phenomenon of internal factors like such differences:(1) Women are more tactful with their words heavy suspicion; men often reject others directly and easily, by irritability in his psychological nature.(2) Men and women because of their social roles and different experiences of their communication are not in the same environment, which may lead to cogntive differences arising of communication errors. (3) Based on the mainstream cultural expectations for women and men, making the two different language styles. In this paper, gender differences, refusal discussion and conclusions of the inquiry suggest that on conversation analysis theory the internal factors like politeness in face conversation has a positive significance, and helps to explain the phenomenon of gender discrimination and its elimination in the spoken language.
