This historical resource material had started written in Sky promoted 44 year (1779) by Go Van Gin and later in 47 year (1782) it is continued written by Chinese clerk QI YUN SHI (1751-1814). This historical material was inserted into "Four boy's complex script" by writing after it had finished written in chinese language in sky promoted year of 53 (1788).For the first time "Historical talk treatise" was continued writing from sky promoted year of 54 and completed in sky promoted year of 60 (1795). After finished writing it was published on Chinese, Manchu and Mongolian language. The main source used in writing this work was the letters to Chin State from few numbered national and regional misters of external Mongol, Khoton aimag, Tibetan, "note'of khoshuu administration which was copied, "red book" kept in the Ministry of Internal Affairs, "Magad law" (Shi Lu), drafting writings of national earls of external Mongol, Khoton aimag, Tibetan, family root writing kept at khalkha misters, and drafting writings. Cause of above the historical material of "Historical talk treatise" is very demanding and very valuable for researchers. Although the first hand materials were used in "Historical talk treatise", there are parts which were written by indirect sense and also revised things. When updating false note in "Historical talk treatise" part of Tusheet khan aimag, I have considered to use Mongolian historical source material and related materials from Warrior state's Internal Ministry's Mongolian script archive which is stored in China's first archive.
