Baoding's city is famous for long history and rich culture, and convenient transportation and unique geographical advantages promote its development of politics, economy and culture. The cultural of Baoding is influence by the style of chinese and western. It deeply influenced the development of local economy for western culture integration. Catholic music, as a special musical genre, rooted in society cultural of the ancient Baoding city, and continued to develop further on basis of assimilating local culture. Nearly two years'investigating and visiting for Baoding's church, the author find it showed a lot of new features under the influence of multi-factors. Exploring the reason behind the status is helpful for us to understand the new change of catholic music deeply in the contemporary. It also has theoretical significance for our understanding the localization and secularization of this foreign culture.Church's congregation consists of different age and educational levels members. With the development of science, the congregation, the way of learning to sing hymns is very different from before. The projector has been applied in the church and deeply reflects the compromise between science and religion. Secular music of Congregation is colorful. Singing sacred music plays an important role in the life of the congregation. Meanwhile, congregation mix the dialect into mass ceremony. Church formed music groups whose name are Angels Choir and Love the Band in order to better spread the gospel suggest that the church's survival strategy in Baoding. Popular music in the church is very common wide and loved by many young Christians, especially the choir students under the influence of multiculturalism in Baoding. Love the band that make"loud is beauty"as the ultimate goal , reflecting church's characteristics about the secularization and localization. The appearance of new music features was closely connected to Baoding local culture. Meanwhile, the new music features is not only a survival strategy but also is a phenomenon of cultural change. Another surprising finding is that four–line spectrum anthem booklet written in Latin is still preserved well and still used by senior memebers. Chanting four lines of canticle plays a positive role in worshippers setting their mind and preservation of old churches.In the end, the following conclusions can be drawn in this paper. Firstly, Catholic culture had positive effect on the development of Baoding's society, economy and culture and was conductive to construction of a harmonious society. Further, Catholic Music had a deep impact on the public's music testing. Meanwhile, religious transmission, cultural exchange and attic faith promoted social stability. What's more, reviewing the catholic music objectively contributed to social development.
