| At the beginning of the 20th century , under the influence of the new academic trend , the studies of Chu Ci changed greatly , large-scaled scholars use new methods and new perspectives to research Chu Ci making a lot of achievements, but those focus on sorting and studing Chu Ci literature, researching the works of Qu Yuan and Song Yu, researching themselves of Qu Yuan and Song Yu , and the relationship of the producing of Chuci and regional culture. In fact"Chu Ci"as a Literature model , there are many the articles of simulation , and blending with other genres, so that Sao Style literature develop continuously from Hanwei to Mingqing and form a development of complete system , then as a literatre genre is reflected. However it often be ignored by many people that reseaching"Chu Ci"from the perspective of stylistics.This paper is from the stylistic perspective of"Chu Ci", and select the researched method of dating. And in the basis of text analysis, then compare Nan dynasties and Bei dynasties of Sao Style, in order to summaring the different characteristics and the status of the Sao Style literature. The paper is divided into five parts. The first one ia a overvier of Sao Style, including the source of Sao Style , concept of"Sao Style literature", and the development of Sao Style before the Nan dynasties and Bei dynasties. The second one discusses the development of Sao Style in the Nan and Bei dynasties, including different background of times on the influence of Sao Style, and the development situation of the respective. The third one is comparing the Sao Style'theme of Nan and Bei dynasties . The fourth part is that from the aspects of literature system and art style comparing the Sao Style of Nan dynasties with Bei. Finally, discusses in the background of Nan and Bei dynasties'literature fusion, the develop- ment of Sao Style literature , and explain that the status and function of Nan and Bei dynasties in the history of Sao Style literature.
