Study On Innovation And Practice Of Urban Ink Painting In Contemporary

Urban ink painting is the inheritance and innovation of traditional Chinese landscape painting , spirit product of contemporary urban cultural environment development. The development of urban Ink painting is inevitable. Therefore, Research on urban ink painting in contemporary innovation and practice has the very vital significance to the traditional Chinese painting development.In this paper, on the basis of the analysis of urban ink painting's progress, the definition of urban ink painting is the new landscape painting which aims to express the urban landscape and the relationship between people and the city by water– ink. This paper elaborates on the theory of urban ink painting which includes its painting forms of expression, expressing contents, relation and difference between urban ink painting and the western city landscape painting, and takes China fine art exhibition as case studies.On the basis of the study of urban ink painting theory, this paper takes author's urban ink paintings in recent years as research subjects. In the content of innovation and practice, this paper studies the images of urban ink painting objects such as buildings, roads, lighting, advertising facilities, transportation, green and clouds, and analyzes decorative language, sign language, composition principle in urban ink paintings. In the painting forms of innovation and practice, this paper studies calligraphy and ink methods, color relations, the use of materials, contemporary design, the integrated application of various techniques. Through the study, the research draws the conclusion that Contemporary urban ink painting not only inherits the spirit connotation of traditional Chinese landscape painting, but also effectively uses other painting discipline's new ideas, new techniques and new materials, etc. The contemporary urban ink painting is gradually maturing, but its expressing contents and forms also have very big development space.
